BMXNZ has updated some of the event locations & dates for a few of the MICO Series Rounds. This is to pull them inline with events that will deliver better opportunities for 14+ riders.

After a long issue resolution process, the system has been corrected to manage the varied race result formats supplied with BEM race files. The checks that have been done are looking great. So it is now available for club members to review their NQMs.

In a repeat of the national championships, the same four riders took out the UCI North Island Classic honours in Whangarei today.

Mighty 11’s Dinner – Whangarei
Below is the invite for anyone who would like to come to the Mighty 11’s dinner. This is an evening with the teams to meet and greet them all as well as meeting some of the traveling Australian families attending the North Island Titles (there are a lot of them)!
8m SX RAMP SPRING TRAINING DAY 5
The Sunset Coast BMX Club is again opening the 8m ramp to riders. The next proposed date is the Saturday 30th September 2017, with a start time of 2pm to 5pm

Cambridge 12-year-old Leila Walker has continued her remarkable run of performances to win a fifth straight UCI BMX World Championship title in the USA today.

Charlie Leyser has come a long way in eight months after his first taste of racing on a BMX track. On Thursday, he will be on a flight to the United States to compete in the 2017 BMX World Championships.
Peel, Walker, Jones head New Zealand BMX team to world championships
Current junior world champion Maynard Peel from Auckland will defend his title at the UCI BMX World Championships in USA in July.
