Napiers Marine Parade could be bursting at the seams if dreams become reality after the Napier City Council released its plans for an active recreation facility.
Proposals have been put forward for a 60 metre-long BMX track as well as a skate park, a reef garden and an amphitheatre.
The plans have been made available for for public consultation and if they get the go ahead construction of the bmx track could start in June.
